Everything we provide (the website, calls, lessons, worksheets, calculators, and community) is for educational purposes only. It is not personalized investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. We Invest Academy is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and we never manage, hold, or invest your money. You make your own decisions and are responsible for them. Consider talking with a licensed professional about your specific situation.
No guaranteed results
Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Examples and calculators on this site are illustrations, not predictions. Individual results vary and depend on your own circumstances and actions.
The do-the-work guarantee
If you attend the live calls, submit your weekly check-ins, and complete the action steps in the 90-day path, but you are not fully set up and investing automatically by day 90, we will keep coaching you at no additional cost until you are. This guarantee covers getting your system set up. It is not a promise of any investment return or dollar amount.
Payments, payment plans, and refunds
Prices, payment plans, and what's included are confirmed with you before you join. Payments are processed through Whop and are subject to Whop's terms.
Payment plans are a commitment to the full price. Choosing a payment plan is a way to spread out the cost, not a monthly subscription you can stop. If you stop participating, cancel, or lose access, the remaining scheduled payments are still owed.
All sales are final. Because you get immediate access to digital content, coaching time, and the community, payments are non refundable, except for the do the work guarantee above or where the law requires otherwise. Please talk to us at contact@itsjonesy.com before disputing a charge with your bank; disputing a valid charge is a breach of these terms, and access may be paused while a dispute is open.
Member agreement
Academy members also sign a short Member Agreement after enrolling. It confirms the program details, the payment commitment, and that everything we teach is education, not advice. If the Member Agreement and these Terms ever conflict, the Member Agreement controls.
Your account and conduct
Keep your login to yourself and treat other members with respect. Don't share your account details, financial account numbers, or passwords in the community. We may remove anyone who harasses others or misuses the community.
Our content
The lessons, videos, worksheets, and other materials are owned by We Invest Academy and are for your personal use. Please don't copy, resell, or redistribute them.
Partner and referral links
Some resources include partner or referral links (for example, SoFi, NerdWallet, or One Story). We may receive a benefit if you use them. We only share options we think are worth comparing, and you never have to use our links.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, We Invest Academy is not liable for any financial losses or decisions you make based on our educational content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
