Everything from We Invest Academy and Cole Jones, including this website, the Academy, Building Wealth 101, live calls, 1:1 sessions, lessons, videos, worksheets, calculators, emails, social media, and the community, is for educational purposes only. None of it is personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or insurance advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial product.

We Invest Academy is not a registered investment adviser, broker dealer, financial planner, tax professional, attorney, or insurance agent. Joining does not create an advisor and client relationship. We never manage, hold, or invest your money, and we never ask for your account logins.

Cole's background in private wealth management and his partnership with NerdWallet are shared as context about who is teaching you. They are not an offer of advisory services, and NerdWallet does not endorse the Academy.

You make your own decisions

No guarantees

The $100K goal is a direction, not a promise. We never guarantee any income, savings, balance, return, credit score, or other financial result. Any examples, case studies, or member stories describe one person's experience and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your income, expenses, decisions, effort, the market, and many things outside anyone's control.

The "do the work" guarantee covers continued coaching until your system is set up, as described in our Terms. It is not a promise of any investment return or dollar amount.

Calculators and examples

The fee calculator and every example on this site and in the Academy are illustrations based on stated assumptions (for example, a 7% average yearly return before fees). They are not predictions. Real returns vary year to year, can be negative, and fees differ by advisor and fund.

Information can change

Rates, bonuses, contribution limits, card terms, and tax rules change often. We work to keep things current, but we can't guarantee that every figure is accurate or up to date when you read it. Always confirm current terms with the provider or an official source.

Health and wellness content
