Privacy Policy

This policy explains what We Invest Academy ("we," "us") collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

• Your application answers. Where you are with money, a rough income range, your goal, what's in the way, why it matters to you, and how you feel about investing in coaching.
• Your contact details. Name, email, phone number, and Instagram handle.
• Booking details. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, the time you choose, and (if you opt in there) a phone number for text reminders.
• Basic usage data. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. See "Advertising and analytics" below.

How we use it

• To review your application and decide whether a call is a good fit.
• To contact you about your application, your call, and the Academy.
• To prepare for your call so it's about your goals, not the basics.
• To improve the website and measure how our advertising performs.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send your application answers, name, email, or phone number to advertising platforms.

Who helps us run things

We use trusted services to operate the site: Netlify (hosting and form submissions), Calendly (scheduling and reminders), Google (fonts and, where used, business tools), Whop (memberships and payments), Meta (advertising measurement), and Microsoft Clarity (anonymous usage analytics). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Advertising and analytics

This site uses the Meta Pixel, which places cookies so Meta can tell us when someone who saw our ads visits the site, starts or submits an application, or books a call. This helps us show our ads to people who may find them useful and measure what works. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see, in aggregate, how people use the site (for example, where they scroll and click) so we can make it easier to use. What you type into the application is masked and not recorded by Clarity. You can control ad personalization in your Meta account's ad settings and in your browser's cookie settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info.

How long we keep it

We keep application and contact information for as long as we need it to work with you or follow up, and then delete it within a reasonable time unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

• You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you.
• You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the email, and reply STOP to any text message.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
